The Best of the Best Pizza Challenge is Australia’s only national premier pizza competition and has produced four international champions! It is open to every independent pizza making establishment.

 

 

The Challenge

• Two independent categories
• Pizzas must demonstrate the best use of the specified ingredients (cheese, smallgoods, seafood)
  
• A detailed entry form – including copy of current menu – must be submitted prior to closing date
  
• Pizzas must be 12” diameter or of another size approved by the competition Event Manager

The Prizes

State Winners: will receive a trophy, $1000 prize money, return economy airfare and required accommodation to compete in the National final in Sydney, September 2009
